Marlon is a serious and outstanding air-conditioning tech. He always takes the time to explain the issues and tries his best to take whatever cost saving measurements he can take. Always respectful and willing to go the extra mile. I would highly recommend anyone.

I have been a customer of Kool Flow Inc for over 9 solid years. Next year will be 10 years. They are very consistent, very knowledgeable of their work, very polite, very reasonable, and more. Talk about professionalism... Kool Flow Inc management and staff have it all. Kool Flow Inc has been servicing my AC unit and from last year they have been advising me that I need a new unit. I was able to purchase a new unit about two months ago. Razja, the Admin Staff was able to get me the permit from the city very quickly.
