I’ve used Jay for years. In fact, my father used Dawn Air for years. Jay always arrives when he says he will. He is honest, reliable , professional, and I never feel like I’m being overcharged. Thomas, who works with Jay is a very hard worker and I’m sure if Jay hired him he comes with a great resume. Jay and Thomas just installed a new AC and an air handler for me and I had great service. They arrived on time, even called me when they were close.They finished in a few hours and left the area they were working in perfectly clean. I would definitely recommend Dawn Air for AC needs. The response to my original call was fast! They were able to accommodate my weird schedule. The only company who gave me a fair estimate with OPTIONS! On the service day, they weren't here to play or waste time. I got a very quality outside unit and air handler for a great price. The top notch professionalism and efficiency was more than I paid for. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
