We woke up in the morning to water on the floor from our water heater. Mind you, this was on a Sunday!!!! I googled and came across A to Z. When I called Shirley was so pleasant so early in the morning, lol, I felt this was a good sign. She took my info and said a tech would call. Within 20 minutes or so Ralph called. I explained what was going on and he told me he had a job before me and that he will call me when he's on the way. He actually did too!!! When arriving he got immediately to work accessing the situation. We decided to buy a new water heater. He went to get it from Home Depot and he installed it perfectly. He even cleaned as he went!!! Donnell was greatCompleted inspection of slow drains and gurglling toilets seemed to be caused by air in the line. He installed the new water filter without a problelm .Service: Drain cleaning
