Extremely professional and highly recommend the company! The executives Lisa and Carol provide excellent service and demonstrate a genuine concern for the clientele. They perform a thorough vetting process of employees and caregivers to ensure your loved ones/family members are more than adequately assisted in their daily needs. Don't hesitate in contacting them as they're indisputably THE BEST in the industry!!!
United Nursing Service has an amazing staff to work with. They always are very professional and listens to the needs of their clients. Their aides were very knowledgeable and helpful to my family member. I would receive updates on their care which gave me a level of comfort knowing that my loved one was in good hands. I would definitely recommend using their services for companion or nursing care.
My mom has been taken care of by this agency for some quiet time. Carol, in the office has always answered in a kind professional caring manner and very attentive to all my needs. She never acted like i was a problem but rather comfort me. Sherri, my case manager/ nursing supervisor was instrumental in getting hospice set up for my Mom . The girls Kim and Kathy attend to not only moms needs but also all my needs in every way but also in a caring loving manner and they where there to the last days of Mom.
