Thermometer was installed about 2 months ago and it broke. They blamed the product of manufacture and guarantee only a month?I got a new thermometer after the owner’s direction to service properly.It was frustrating to speak one of the employee of the company but the issue was resolved promptly.I believe this is the right business model in order to have long term relationships with customers.Services: Cleaning
