Eraldo and Ernst were amazing! They were punctual, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and productive. They were relentless in dealing with the challenges of tiny spaces, unexpected monsoons and expected heat. Junhong Ming came to our house when we were in quite a fix. Our old ac unit gave out right in the middle of a heatwave.. it was almost 90* in my living room. While the unit was beyond saving, he was able to get us a new unit installed, and running is less than a day and for far less than I was expecting. A+ service.
