The owner is a dedicated operator and every technician that has worked on our unit is highly qualified. In this labor market, this is extremely rare. Shoreline will make sure the job gets done right. This past issue was a fan motor that burned up and it is on backorder but they were able to find a part to get me back up and running in this brutal August heat. These guys are the coolest AC company in town, ;).
Had to go through three different air conditioning companies. The first two were awful, particularly All Year Cooling, but shoreline came through 100%! They checked on the parts from the manufacturer, gave me an appt, and showed up on time and got the job done quickly (without me on site). The other place missed 5 appts in a row!! The first company told me it would cost $1100. The second company told me it would cost $800. Both of those companies wouldn't give me a itemized work order, and neither price dropped when I told them it was under warranty.
