This was my second time taking my son (6 years old) to this location and it was fantastic. Granique was my son's dental assistant and she was kind, patient and engaged with him that is not always common in the dental field I have found. I will continue taking my son there for sure.

By far my best dentist experience I've ever had in my adult life. It all started with a warm welcome and kind smiles upon arriving from the front desk receptionist. Then, being brought to the back by Mary (Dental Assistant) to a warm welcome and comforting conversation. Following a warm arrival of Dr. Melanie Lane (General Dentist) to speak with me to go over the x-rays with a treatment plan with no uncomfortable commentary or feeling of judgement whatsoever.During my visit, Mary informed me that I could get in for a cleaning on that day and I was happy to hear so I could go ahead and get it done with. The staff is nice but, the service isn’t there. They book an appointment for you and cancel it because you didn’t confirm it. But, plenty of times I never confirm and show up and they take me. This is the 3rd time they turned me away and I think someone didn’t book the appointment. There are other issues but they should just get the front office together when booking clients, because it’s a big inconvenience to not be taken at your appointment time.
