S&D Just completed the shell of my new home in Hobe Sound. I am a PE and I can say with experience that they did a quality job and paid attention and cared about the details. A special thanks to the S&D people I worked with most, Art, Karen, George and Dan that made the job go as smooth as possible.

Working with S&D has been by far the best experience I’ve had with any contractor in Florida. They were on time, watched over the work and made sure it was done right. Most importantly, everyone that came onsite was upbeat and ready to do their best. We’ll definitely work with them again when we build our next house. Highly recommended shell contractor.

S & D Contracting was very easy to work with and very professional. The staff responded quickly to emails and were very friendly. This company did a great job building the shell for our home. We will be using them again to build our detached garage and future endeavors. I highly recommend using this company.
