The whole experience, from beginning to end, was above the rest. Larry, the technician who came out, was excellent. He explained everything in detail and gave us options rather than absolutes.

I discovered I had a leak and needed to see a plumber quickly.
I called a couple of plumbers who were too busy or didn’t offer leak detection.
Rapid Rooter was able to send someone out the same day.
Jim was knowledgeable and helpful.
He explained the problem, the process and fixed it within 24 hours.
He went above and beyond. I felt the quote was fair. I was billed accurately as agreed.
He also made me aware of the additional problems the leak may have caused and how to address them.

Rapid Rooter came and fixed my water pump in a very timely manor. He was very knowledgeable and very kind. I would call them in an instant if I should ever have a problem with anything else. Very good service.
