I had a wonderful experience with Pro Housekeepers! Right down to the move out clean itself, the communication with me was impeccable. There is no doubt in my mind that I will use them again! It is also very easy to use the app to make a reservation.
People were pleasant, but they did a terrible job cleaning, it wasn’t worth the price. Stains on the floor that I can easily get up, finger marks on my faucet, and stain in bathtub. I expected more. They were willing to send individuals back out to clean satisfactorily. However, I prefer to clean myself because they explained that if it doesn’t come off with a mop then it’s not much to do. I believe in doing the best at whatever you do, but they clearly do not value the importance of quality work. Use another service or do it yourself.Service: Deep clean
