A major renovation was performed at a home I purchased. It included, among other things, new flooring, 3.5 new bathrooms and a new kitchen. The work was done professionally and, very importantly, on time. Unlike my experience with other contractors, they were always very responsive. I contacted Palm Home Improvement to help me close out an open Owner/Builder that I had let lapse for years. Michael and his team responded promptly. Palm Home Improvement PROFESSIONAL guided me through the process of events that would take place. The job was completed on time with no issues. All cost was presented up front with no hidden fees. Knowing that I was under a very tight time schedule to complete repairs and complete the permit. You would think a contractor would over charge you. Not Palm Home Improvement.
