The inspector who came to my house, Mr. Daniel Sturby, was very attentive to my needs. He showed me exactly what was wrong and gave me various options for coming up with a solution to my problem. Juan is an excellent tech. He cured a German cocktail roach problem in almost one visit! Aptiva was not able to solve the problem after coming twice a month for several months.He is always on time, presents a very professional image for the company. I’ve had great service from this business with the exception of the one time one of their technicians-who was not my regular technician-showed up at the front gate of my gated community and requested access. Now, II did not receive any notification from his office or from the technician that he would be arriving on that day and time to service my home. Needless to say, I was caught off guard and denied the technician access. I contacted the Orkin office and rescheduled for another time and date. Other than that things have been good, I’ve been seeing some dead spiders in my home and dead cockroaches outside my front door, so I know Orkin’s service is effective.Services: Spider...read full review
