Sam Rosado is extremely professional and very nice. Service was quick and he always calls with an ETA which is greatly appreciated. I've been a customer of One Hour for years and will continue because of Sam !!
Andre was friendly and professional. He listened to our concerns and explained what he accomplished while here. Because of his respectful attitude we renewed our maintenance contract with the company.
It was time to install a new AC unit. From talking to Kim in the Office and having Andre come out to look at my AC Unit that failed. Damian & Jared came out the next day and Installed a new unit. They left my house cleaner than when they got here. Now I just hope I'm good for another 10 years except for inspections and maintenance. Thanks for the great job
