Our hot water stopped working late in the afternoon. I went on Yelp and requested an estimate, Ocean Blue Rooter responded within five minutes. I spoke with Oscar and had an appointment set up for the next morning within 10 minutes of me discovering the problem. Milton call before arriving was actually early, so that was great. He diagnosed the problem immediately. He was able to go out get a new water heater and install it in no time. Very courteous, professional and timely. This was not an emergency but I feel as if they treated it as if it was one.I will definitely use this company again!

Do not waste your time. I had Oscar come out to give me a quote on a whole house plumbing job for my mother and another unit she has. He was late showing up. We walked the houses and agreed on a price on a Thursday. He said he would be back on Friday to start. Never heard back. I texted him Friday. He read the text because his read receipts are on. He ignored me. I texted him Monday and said it’s ok if you got busy can you be here Wednesday. He read that text too and again no response. I would never hire him to do would and I would recommend the same for you if you are considering hiring him.
