Eddie Baez is a great addition to the Massey team. He is professional, kind, caring and knowledgeable. Eddie greeted me with a smile and the utmost respect. His clean-cut, well-dressed appearance was a great representation of the service Massey provides.
Massey is wonderful for pest control! Majority of the time they give us a heads up before they come but sometimes they’ll just show up when they’re close to the area and unfortunately we aren’t home. The couple times that this has happened, (I’ve been a customer of theirs for at least 3 years) I call right away and they’ll send another technician out almost the next day to finish the backyard and inside of the house when we are home to unlock gates and doors. Today, Michael was extremely excellent! Just when I thought he was done, he went a grabbed his special spider web & wasp scraper thing and went back over the backyard that he had already sprayed. We've been using Massey for the past couple of years and it has been an amazing experience. Our tech has always been timely, professional and kind. We've had the same tech for the past year, his name is Danny and he delivers great service with a smile, and for such a reasonable price for the year, you'd be crazy not to treat your home/family to this peace of mind! We highly recommend Massey Services and are so very thankful for our tech Danny who goes above and beyond for us, thank you!!!
