This company is amazing!!! Devon came out today, on a Sunday, to provide a 2nd opinion on my brand new AC install from another company (ECM) that continued to fail over the last 2 weeks. Devon was extremely knowledgable, professional, and spent more time on the diagnostic report today than the other company did in 3 visits. Devon found the issue and sent me a detailed report with photos. I am so grateful that I called Kyvar for a 2nd opinion! I wish I had known of this company when I purchased the equipment. Also, the person on the phone was also extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgable, and they had Devon out very quickly. This experience was absolutely excellent at every touchpoint. I wish other companies in South Florida would follow suit with this level of customer service, professionalism, education and good ole’ fashioned honesty and integrity in your work.
