Others have “information” on how to use it but JoAnn has true knowledge and understanding of the science of the product to help guide you for YOUR needs. She is up to date and attends exclusive conferences with Zein Obagi and is by far the most knowledgeable. She is also very kind, always available to answer questions as well as get you on the right program for your skin goals/needs and budget. ❤️

Simply the best!! I have been working with Joann and James for 4 months and my skin has completely transformed. Prior to finding them I was using ZO Skin Health without any real direction and I wasn’t getting the best results. My goal was to reduce inflammation and get my skin healthy enough to add a daily retinol and with their help I’m finally there! Consultations are very informative and ordering is SO easy. I just send them a text of products I’m running low on and they ship them so fast - usually the same day!
