I had been struggling with weight gain for a while. I tried many different diets with only temporary results. Then I found Jamie! She taught me how to eat healthy with a meal plan that would fuel me throughout the day. This plan was easy to follow, it came with many meal and snack options and delicious recipes. It's not easy to hear your doctor give you a diabetes diagnosis. It's not easy to know you are overweight and "the bad things" are just around the corner, if you don't commit now to taking care of yourself. I have been seeing Jamie since October, I’m down 23 pounds and feeling awesome. she teaches you how to have a healthy relationship with food. I don’t feel like i’m missing anything from my new lifestyle. she’s personable and so easy to talk to. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to live a sustainable healthy life.
