Great company had an emergency repair and Joe was willing to talk me over the phone how to uninstall and install a new single hung window after a tree going through it. I am very pleased with the prompt service provided by HMT. They repaired my window the day after I contacted them.The crew showed up on time, quickly determined what part needed to be replaced, then obtained the part and returned within 3 hours to install the new part.Service: Window repair
Joe's son and a coworker came in to install some French Doors that I bought at Home Depot. After 2 handymen failed to get the doors installed (even going as far to say as it wasn't their fault, but the door manufacturer's fault for not being straight) Joe said he would send some guys out to finish the job. And they did, and it looks amazing. The 2 men on the site were extremely courteous, helpful, and explained why the other guys had such a hard time. I am so glad I called this company and wish I had called them before anyone else. They'll definitely be my go-to in the future for any door/window problems and/or replacements.
