She checks in with you, several times during your experience to make sure that the air temperature is comfortable, that the water temperature is comfortable, that you have something to drink. Kayla is professional and knowledgeable and personable and I loved the way my hair looked when she was finished. Kayla went to great lengths to try and understand my needs and my wants and then to execute on that information. I cannot recommend her enough. I have had a lifetime of experience with some of the top hair salons in New York and Palm Beach and I recommend Kayla over all of them.“

“Elizabeth Rogers at Vertu does my hair and has been for about three years. She does exactly what I ask for. She will give her professional advice. She's great with my very long baby fine natural blonde hair. She helps me keep it healthy and shiny. Once or twice a year when I want to brighten up the roots ( because I always wear a hat to keep the sun off my face) Elizabeth makes the highlights blend in so naturally that when my hair grows out even several months later it's not a problem. I can usually make an appointment within two weeks. She's also good to style for special events.“
