I’m a returning customer who previously left mid-COVID and never returned after they told me my wax passes expired. Last month, I received a call from a very kind young woman who was calling to inform me my wax passes did NOT expire and wanted to know if would like to schedule. I said yes, figuring I’d give them another shot since they’d be “free” (girl math). I was scheduled with Sam. Abby is my favorite wax tech , she's the only person I let do my wax ! She’s so caring and she takes her time . She makes sure you’re comfortable and gives the best advice on products to use on your skin. I Would recommend her to anyone!! 10/10 love her ❤️
