I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this dental office. I called to book an appointment and was met with extreme rudeness from the staff. Not only did they refuse to schedule me in, but they repeatedly hung up on me during our conversation. To make matters worse, they even demanded that I take my service elsewhere. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable in any business, especially in a healthcare setting where patients should be treated with respect and care. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this dental office if you value basic courtesy and professionalism. HORRIBLE!!!! I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this dental office. As if that wasn't enough, they called me back 5 minutes later threatening to call the police because I left a review.

This dentist is for people who can't afford good hygiene and cosmetic surgery procedures. The medicine they use is very low quality so if your mouth needs numbing a lot, I recommend you go to a highly recommended dentist.

very unprofessional person in charge the office very disrepectful :( although some staff were nice. Lots of miscommunication. Conflicts going about money and insurance covarage. You want the truth, I'm giving it to you. we were left us hanging desk very nice but told both hubby and i for the moment month ago didnt owi anything. Then all the sudden insurance not covered it. I had many long calls with them their saying not even the system because never got claims to begin with. Lord our waitness we have strong beliefs. Anyways we didn't owi anything for the time being . ive been told from office lady called out im hurt being told lied called liar dealing with my own personal losses past year or so litterly both my hubby and i:( cant even imagine we've been through . Lord knows But you know even though wasn't right unprofessional and all i still forgive those done wrong . Our insurance on this now as i speak. Lord forgive them they not know what they do or say hope some day they get to know you lord Especially ones who struggling. god bless
