I am a former client of Cosmo from the late 80's and early 90's. I still use my pictures from the time he cut my hair as a guide now. If I still lived in West Palm Beach he'd still be cutting my hair. (I'd add a couple if pictures if I knew how)
I came down to WPB from Houston for the marine corps ball birthday 11/4. I had the pleasure of Chelsie doing my hair for the special occasion. I truly was in love with my hair so much I got compliments on my hair color so much from the east coast in DC and Texas. I will come back to WPB to get my hair done with Chelsie! If I'm ever back in West Palm. She has been a colorist for 5+ years! I HIGHLY recommend her for all your hair color inquiries needs. Every now and then I think how special my day was and my hair she made me feel like princess that day. Chelsie takes time and understand of your hair goal needs. Thank you Chelsie ?
