Staff is polite but very slow. Every time I visit is at least 45 min wait before you see the doctor. If they have to wait in line for 45 min I doubt any of these people would be patient. This office is working g with elderly people that wait in the waiting room for more than 45 min before they see a doctor.

Dr. Jerome was super sweet and caring, I cannot wait to see her again! The frontdesk lady was also very nice and they are always cleaning the chairs due to the virus everytime someone leaves and taking the temperatures of their patients, I felt safe all the time!

I never write reviews, however, this is necessary. My mom is a patient of DR. EDWARDS. She is 93 years old and Is having some physical and mental health issues. I have been dealing with Dr. Edwards- for an entire month both she and her staff, especially Silgin are wonderful.The office staff is patient when you called, they relay the message to the doctor especially Kaitlyn, and they call you back !Dr. Edwards is what we all HOPE and pray a doctor should be. She is kind caring, she gets back to you, she actually listens, and she is so patient. I am so impressed with her bedside manner, her EXPERTISE and her compassionate demeanor.. She spends more than enough TIME with you during your visit, this is unheard of today, most doctors rush you in and out.I am so thankful she is my mom‘s doctor. I am so impressed with her level of competency, and I applaud you Dr. Edwards-. Thank you so much. Carol And Sylvia.
