I've been a customer of Comfort Zone for nearly 10 years now, both for quarterly maintenance and for the installation of 5 units at two house. They are the best. The owner, Ira, is always available, responding himself at all hours of the day and night. They really care about me as a customer. Their prices are fair and reasonable, and they don't try to upsell you. It's a family business and it shows. The employees that I've met are all long term (like years). My son and I both have taken out service contracts, with this company, for twice a year maintenance visits. I find the office staff to be very friendly and courteous and the technician who did my service very extremally professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
