Instructors are amazing. Classes are amazing and well structured. The only down side is the late cancellation fee and the no show fee. The membership package are pricey in itself so the extra fees are a bit annoying but other then that, they’re great

I loooove this studio! Everyone here is so great - helpful and friendly, knowledgeable and nice. I took personal training lessons with Jazmin and she really helped me up my performance and work thru a post surgery recovery. I have never had a bad class here, all the instructors are amazing - they really push you abd guide you to do your best, and every class is so different, so i never ger bored or know what's coming next :) Everyone at the front desk and on the phone has been so helpful when i had questions or needed help. I won't go anywhere else! This is my place.

I’m giving palm beach Pilates a 2 based on the service today. I booked an appointment for May 30 as a first timer, however I didn’t realized I came on the wrong day. When I arrived it toke a while for the rep to even acknowledge me “Jasmine”. Once I expressed I was there for the 1pm class, she informed me I had the wrong date. No biggie however she was not welcoming and didn’t offer to assist me further. I asked about future classes she handed me a paper and walked away. I stood there waiting for her to return to book an appointment, well she never came back. So I asked “ excuse me can I make an appointment “.
