“I hurt my back about 3 years ago, when I did this I had sciatica going down both legs. They right side sciatica I was able to deal with but my left side was crippling and my back would cramp I would stretch I tried yoga but I was still unable to run and and do basic lifting at the gym for example squats and deadlifts.
