A year ago I came here for the first time. The energy was amazing in 2024. I took it upon myself to come a week ago & it was horrible. I don’t know what was the stylist problem but her spirit wasn’t right. She was tooting up her nose at me & very rough with my head. I kept my composure because I believe God is the repayer of all things someone does to me negatively. If you want to have your head handled rough & someone to project their insecurities on to you, take your shot. Do not spend your money here. 3 hour wait and no hairdo. No customer service and she doesn't care if you've waited because no apology even once she arrives.

I wish that I could have put no stars cause she doesn't deserve any at all.

Cancel any plans you make that day, your appointment time means absolutely nothing because you don't start until at least 2hrs after the appointment time you paid for. Service is rude and unprofessional. They have no consideration for the clients time. Find a different and better stylist as there are plenty in South Florida.Services: Hairstyling
