Had an A/C check up with Aztil today. The tech, Michael (King?), was great as was the Aztil back office. I was told I would be the 1st stop, and I was! Michael was on time, efficient and answered any questions I had.
Seems like Aztil has improved its procedures, well done.
We have Paul as our service tech and all around ac guru. He is the best. Honest and gives us what he thinks needs to be done without trying to push anything on us. He helped with our new ac and kept the old ones live way longer than they we suppose to. Can not think of anyone better.
Spoke with the awesome Diane after having a few problems this week. She is knowledgeable and really friendly and honestly saved me from switching companies. I have no doubt now that my problem will get fixed now that she is on it. Thank you!!
