When making a decision to picking an aide for my 92 year old mom, we interviewed three different agencies. We were so happy to finally go with Assisting Hands. Our week day aide, Exarina, was so kind, so helpful and patient with mom. Whenever I had questions, the office staff was quick to react. As we are seasonal, we will be happy to continue to work with this agency come late fall.
Assisting hands brought our family peace of mind in a very uncertain time. The owner, Marina, walked us through several hospital visits, rehab stays and eventually home to hospice with our family member. She held our hand and answered our many calls on weekends and evenings. Her staff is patient, kind and professional. I highly recommend this company.
