It is the best workout you will get! I've been in the best shape of my life. I started four years ago, and I'm addicted. Ontop of the physical side of things you will learn self defense. I was held at knifepoint and because of having all of the knowledge from Master Lutz I got away safely. Also great for self esteem building ??

I started working with Master Chip for self defense purposes. I wanted to be equipped with survival techniques to protect myself and my family. Months later my defenses have improved and I continue to meet physical and wellness goals. American College of Martial Arts provides a wonderful environment to learn and grow. I noticed changes in my form and strength almost immediately. Truly amazing workout!!

Master Chip and his team really know how to develop each student’s skills while integrating fun exercises that teach endurance, coordination and strength. My daughter has grown so much since she has been with American College of Martial Arts. Every time she steps on the mat, she is building her self-confidence, pushing herself and learning life skills that she can apply outside of class— this is immeasurable! This place really makes a difference!
