The experience with the optometrist was great. They were very thorough with vision exam. The optician was picking out. Glasses was amazing. He was very thorough and informative on what was available for my prescriptions with the glasses that I wanted.

I came to this location to take care of my eyeglass needs. Prior I went to Stanton optical and they did a remote eye exam and wrote me a prescription and what’s the prescription was given to this location. This location got the glasses done and when I put them on, they were not working properly. After some consultation with management and the staff over there, they concluded that the eye exam wasn’t done properly. They redid the exam for me and got it perfect to where I could see 2020 again with the glasses and reassure me that the glasses will be redone and they will call me when the glasses are back and ready for me to pick up. Dr. Benvenuto was extremely skilled at communicating the eye exam process. Every eye exam I have ever had, I am left with confusion and worry I picked the wrong options, and my prescription would not be accurate. However Dr Benvenuto shared details on what to be concerned with and what not to, which left me comfortable in knowing the outcome was accurate. I looked around the store for glasses, and nothing jumped out at me, so I let the store know and was prepared to leave. The technician Gene, offered consult and requested what I am specifically looking for, and offered the opportunity to help me find it which I agreed.
