The gym is always kept very clean, the workouts are stated very clearly in each round, and all the people that come in the later work out times that I've come in contact with are so nice , warm and inviting! You definitely don't see the different cliques in this gym like you would in others. is my favorite 9round location in the Palm Beach area! Chris is by far the coolest trainer also!

Comfortable environment. Great owners. Clean facilities. Personable trainers. Great experience every time I walk through the door. Mornings with Sierra and afternoons with Chris are equally great.
