We moved to a different state and we we're given a file with copies of everything that was done to give to the new vet. The lady in the front desk who confirms appointments is super sweet and so kind! Dr. Rogoff and staff phenomenal. Great team you have here! “Today I was referred to this clinic/emergency hospital and it was the best decision i could have done. My dog had been vomiting since last night and couldn't hold anything down. They immediately took us in and thoroughly examined my fur baby. Xrays confirmed he hadn't eaten anything he wasn't suppose to, lol. Prices are very fair, specially for an emergency visit. I highly recommend and will continue taking my babies to Dr. Alvarez for continue care an check ups . The staff was attentive and great, the front desk secretary was even concerned that I felt bad because she walked in and asked if I wanted some water because I looked like I was going to faint and I was just so worried that my baby had ingested something dangerous. Very caring staff and doctor. Again, I highly recommend.“
“We were in town and realized that I forgot one of my dog's meds that only a veterinarian's office could prescribe and sell to me right away. This wonderful clinic was able to fit me right in with an appointment. I was in and out the door in about 30 minutes. The cost of the visit and meds was quite below what I had expected. The staff was wonderful, especially Carla. She put up with my anxious phone calls that day. The vet, Dr Gonzalez, was kind. Everyone was professional. The office was spotless. Thank you for taking on a frantic dog owner and her senior dog.<3“

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND.I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic. A stray that I feed was was so sick. After calling 12+ vets, that were charging $230+ for 1 xray, and flat fee of $120-140 just to walk in, TLC clinic were kind enough to take me on a Saturday before closing. I raced 40+min into town and was greeted with smiles and attention. Needless to say Frosty is back home(indoors for now) and feeling like a new cat. They are so caring and very reasonable. They give you your best options and the best advice and don't push you to do anything you don't want or can't afford. On the contrary, they will work with you to assure you and your pet is happy. Thank you so much for everyone that helped me.“
