That store is in need of substantial improvements. It's a really bad location that is only hurting the reputation of the brand. Long lines at the registers. Nobody wants to jump unless it wraps around the aisle into the store. Nobody greets customers or even acknowledge customers. Almost like we should be thankful the open the doors. It's a terrible place with poor attitudes. I'm going to shop elsewhere. Look the reviews. Where there smoke, you got a dumpster fire and ladies and gents this location is burning from within

They deserve zero stars. Petco has a buy 7 bags of pet food get the next bag free program. Today was my free bag. I go into the store and the entire line of natures balance cat food is missing from the shelves. The clerk said the line was discontinued in order to make room for friskies cat food. Seriously???? So she recommends another similar cost brand in substitute for $23. At the register the clerk asks for an additional $4.28 for my FREE bag of food. When I ask why, she says "tax". Sales tax for a $23 dollar bag of cat food is $1.61. I left the bag on the counter and would rather pay a competitor. Not cool Petco. Learn how to do math. You lost a long time customer.

I have taken my dog there 3 times and it seems know one knows what they are doing everyone there is a new Dr because my guess is the quit. They listened to my dogs heart and said take her to Orlando. We will never go back.
