It appeared the primary concern of the relator was her commission. The quote and quote update for work to be conducted on the property was not provided until the ink dried. As a result, I didn't feel the agent was actually working with me as opposed to simply working for her commission. I would have expected the agent to provide any updates to the price with the buyer. I believe that was unethical.

We have just finished closing on our house this week, and as anyone who has been through the process of selling knows, it can be, shall we say, stressful?! Debbie changed all that by making our experience so much easier. Having the dual role of being both buyer's and seller's agent, she showed tremendous integrity and fairness. She was incredibly responsive throughout, and provided us with several excellent referrals to take care of last minute maintenance and concerns. We had to leave the state before our house was even listed, but after meeting with Debbie and discussing tactics, we felt comfortable leaving our house and our trust in her capable hands. This is the agent you want when you are buying or selling.
