I called Appliance Wizard at 8am and Dan responded within a couple of hours.He replaced the defrost thermostat, which was causing a lot of ice & frost buildup in the freezer, and his rates were less than I expected.Later in the day I noticed the refrigerator still wasn't cooling. Dan returned the next day and, it turns out, part of the issue was caused by a repair I previously made myself!
