I had a pretty un-relaxing time at WC Ulta, and it's not the first time I've been bothered incessantly by the staff as I'm trying to shop, but it was certainly the worst. I was approached 10+ times by employees asking if I needed a basket or needed help, (about half of those instances were employees trying to upsell a product I was looking at) and while I'm appreciative of their hospitality, it was obnoxious.
It was a Saturday, so I'm sure they were staffed accordingly, however, I just wanted to browse without being bugged the whole time.

I wasn't happy to find out that on a Saturday morning, they didn't open until 10 am. I had to come back later but I found what I wanted. The sales staff was friendly, and the check out process was easy.

I FINALLY found a stylist that can work with my extremely fine, thin hair and didn't recommend numerous services to increase the volume with coloring, etc. I am a low maintenance gal and because I have lupus, it's difficult to have chemicals on my scalp without them burning and possibly causing a bad rash, hives or pushing me into a horrible flare. Mayra was WONDERFUL! I left so happy. She recommended shampoo and conditioner and handed me a kit that contained a few products to try. Unfortunately, I have to return them since there is an ingredient in them that I am allergic to. I know Ulta is amazing with their return policy.
