This salon does good work, but I consistently have to wait even though I have an appointment. Today I waited 15 minutes after my appointment time to get seated then a tech came and put acetone on my nails. No one came back for 35 minutes! The acetone was irritating my skin by that point. Then the tech they sent over couldn’t do what I needed done so I had to wait another 15 minutes. I finally got a good tech, and he did a good job, however they really need to fix the waiting situation and overbooking the techs.

This place was absolutely beautiful. Sparkling cleanLarge TV to watchLots of techs availableSo many nail colors to choose from!I was new at this so my only complaint is I wish the tech would have given me an idea of what to do. There was a slight language barrier and they have to wear masks so I did have to ask for instructions a couple of times. But next time I'm sure will be better since I'll know what I'm doing.I got the $21 basic manicure and polish. It looks beautiful and is well done. They were able to take me 10 minutes before my appointment. And I was done in about 20 minutes and then drying time.

Kim is seriously the best nail tech ever!! Macy does amazing on my eyebrows! They have become like family! I love going to get my nails done! Sophie in the front is the sweetest Angel ever as well! Always so welcoming and such great costumer service on the phone!Services: Pedicure
