“I was having a problem with my app for weeks! It was stating I was not a member, which clearly I was. I was so frustrated.
I called customer service several times, they tried to help, and were unable too. Finally, someone gave me the email regarding any app issues.
I have been in communication with Jared Reuter regarding my issues and he confirmed my membership, he told me, he’ll work on it and get back to me.
Welp, he did get back to me and resolved the problem I was having.
I deleted the app like he had told me to do, and finally, I was able to add my license and verify my photo!!! He made my day!!!! My issues with the app have been resolved. Thank you so much for assisting me! Means a lot to me.“
