Waited 3 hour's no show, called company and was told they were on the way, after another hour no call and no show! I called again and was told they had cancelled the tow ? No reason just hung up on me. Would never recommend this company

All About Road Service is good because they have very good prices and do not take tolls. They respond to email requests quickly and politely. I had to wait a few hours for a tow because one of their trucks was broken, which I understand was a unforseen setback. I think that they should grow and get more trucks, because they do have great service. They only lose 1 star for poor communication.
