Easy experience for puppy shots. Check in and they come grab your pup and take him to the back room, then bring him back out. My only qualm was not being back there with him but I also understand it is probably easier on the staff. Will use again for the quickness, easiness and affordability of shots.

I have using Planned Pethood for my dog's medical pet needs, for years. Unfortunately we had to recently use them to euthanize our beloved dog. She had grown old in age but this decision to allow her to go "peacefully" was extremely difficult.
Dr. Brainard was the vet who performed our dog's well-being exam and then the one to sedate and euthanize her. Our family of 6 were all allowed back in the room with her and the process was explained to us in depth. Although the office appeared to be quite busy and Dr. Brainard's services seemed to be in much need in other rooms as well, he was very assuring about our beloved's process... read full review

It’s a nice office and good pricing for just basic routine vaccines and procedures. My only complaint is how absolutely impossible it is to get somebody on the phone, instead you have to drive down there just to wait for an hour after check in to get an answer about something so basic.
