Initial visit from Tatyanna went well, and estimate was very competitive on painting stucco in our lanai. A competitor (someone I’d used before) came out to give another estimate, which was a little more, but also included soffit, which I didn’t even think about initially. It would also include some touch-ups in a few other areas. I texted Tatyanna about it. She said I didn’t ask for the soffit to be painted initially, which I acknowledged, but her communication with me stopped there, apart from her sending a revised estimate.
