I called I Care Air Care at 9:30 this morning and left a message temperature upstairs was 80 degrees and fan running but not cooling. Downstairs unit is ok. Erick just left and I can feel it cooling down now. Prompt response and repair at a reasonable price (especially for Sunday afternoon in middle of summer).
