Joe at Computer Emergency was outstanding. I had a serious problem with my Apple iCloud Keychain, which I had no idea how it worked. I thought I saved 1 password to it and here iCloud took all my passwords and encrypted them and being technically challenged I was “locked” out of most of my accounts. My business is one that had me locked out and I was in tears trying to get it solved on my own. Computer Emergency was fantastic, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Also, extremely kind to my age and lack of technical skills. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Judy

Friendly environment. They repaired the screen on an IPhone. They were $20 cheaper than other places which was great. They fixed and provided a warranty for 30 days. The attendant (long hair ) he was informative and helpful.

OMG! If you ever look for an exceptional customer service that actually provides you knowledge of what’s going on with your phone and get it fixed within a snap of your finger, THIS IS THE PLACE. I had a broken IPad, PS5 and IPhone (Don’t mind me, I have anger issues) but it was like brand new when I got it repaired from this Lady whose very sweet, nice and extremely Knowledgeable also willing to walk me through what Excatly needed to be repaired. So amazing, if I have to rate this a 6/5, I would!
