I had 7 estimations from different companies and he was the most reasonable and transparent with any possible up charge. Bodan roofing did an amazing job explaining in details what was included and the different upgrade options. The roof was completely replaced in 2 days. 1st day they torn everything down and 2nd day they installed the new shingles. The workers were nice and friendly and they did an AMAZING job clean up the mess. In fact I think they left my front and back yard cleaner than it was !!! I highly recommend Bodan Roofing. They recently installed a new roof on my house. They did an excellent job. What I liked most about the way they approached the job was that they did not rush it. Many roofing companies these days do the whole job in one day. Rather than rush it, the Bodan crew took three days and made sure that everything was done correctly and in a professional manner. At the end of each day they took the time to clean up the area, so there were no nails on the driveway, no materials on the lawn, etc. I also like the fact that Bodan uses GAF materials. In doing my research I found that GAF shingles and under linings are some of the best in the industry.... read full review
