Dr. Hong, the veterinarian, is known for his knowledge and caring personality, making sure to listen well and answer questions. Many clients have seen significant improvement in their pets' health under his care. Although some clients have concerns about the costs of treatments and supplies, feeling they were taken advantage of during tough times, the staff remains highly regarded. While there have been mixed feelings about the friendliness of some staff members, many appreciate their kindness and compassion. Some clients have lost trust due to specific incidents, but others continue to bring their pets to the centre, valuing the care and attention they receive. For emergency situations, clients have noted the willingness of the staff to assist, particularly on weekends.
Everyone here is very friendly, and they took the time to help me out with invoicing issues, and explain it to me. They are also extremely transparent with their pricing. The prices are reasonable, I went for dog dental and will be returning for use as a primary veterinarian for my pets. Dr. Hong does fantastic work
I have been bringing my animals to Dr. Hong's office since they were little, even my parents animals have come to see him with their pets. He is the best! I absolutely love Johanna and Lexi! Audrey and Christian as well- the staff is the best here!!! But extra shoutouts to lexi and johanna! Bring your babies here! They will be in the best hands!
Doctor Hong and staff truly love animals and alway make my fur babies feel special. Let's not forget in house Lisa the groomer, my dogs love him. Animal Wellness has reasonable price, a experiences and knowledgeable staff. Dr Hong is there to help us be better fur baby mommies and daddies. Lisa makes our babies beautiful and well groomed. The staff goes that extra mile to help. Yay you all are great.
