How could you ask for anything more? Serious honesty from this company. I literally called them and they just told me how to fix my HVAC's AC issue (not a super simple fix either). Anything I need in the future, this is where I am going. I talked to Tom and he was super friendly and candid. I appreciate that so much. We recently bought a house in January and our AC system was not cooling to a good temperature. Working through our warranty company, Air4U came out within a week and diagnosed the issue. They were very honest and showed us how they got the diagnosis they did. They walked us through the whole diagnostics process. They went above and beyond to try to save us as much money as possible without jeopardizing the quality. I was very happy with their service. They come out later to fix the unit. I would highly recommend .
Incredibly professional. On time, take shoes off, explain what they're doing, reasonable fees. And pleasant. Plus they don't default to the most expensive option for repair! Lots of integrity. The owner Steve is the reason. Offer a really great annual or biannual maintenance plan too! Won't use anyone else.
