❤️❤️the Plant City office. I have always been treated with compassion and kindness. Keisha knows exactly what she is doing and that makes me feel safe. She and Christine are a great team!!! They explain everything they observe. Thank you for coming back to the office to see me on Monday. I don’t know many healthcare providers who would do this. I felt special and a lot less “itchy “.
My first impression of alliance dermatology was not to good only because of the attitude of the front desk lady with the short hair, she isn’t welcoming, seemed like she didn’t wanna be bothered, she was a little rude and I hate dealing with someone who had no good customer service skills. She should learn good customer service and a smile goes a long way!
But overall Dr. Kras was very polite and professional he solved my daughters problem and was very informative.
These people were amazing! From the front office staff, the nurses, the Nurse practitioner Bill Kras, APRN, FNP-C,MS and the doctor Thomas O. McMeekin MD, FAAD, FASLMS were not only kind, they genuinely showed they cared. I went in and had to call back 2 days later due to my condition worsening. They bought me back in to the office to see the doctor and started me on different meds. Great office great staff would totally recommend!
